FAQ
How can the 365 Dad Journal help me become a better parent?
Due to our busy day to day lives, we normally don't take the time to stop, pause, and reflect. This journal tackles all areas of self improvement starting by you looking inwards. This can help you discover insights about yourself and your parenting style you might not have noticed.
Is there a recommended way to use the prompts within the journal?
This is your world, and we all are just living in it. Feel free to explore the prompts in any order that speaks to you. Some days you might tackle them head-on, other days you might simply ponder them. It's your journey
Do I have to write in it everyday? What if I miss a day?
This journal is undated. That means the 365 prompts can be responded to at your own pace.
How can I incorporate the 365 Dad Journal into my busy schedule?
Treat it like your daily unwind or coffee break—a few minutes here and there can make a big difference. Morning, lunch break, or right before bed, find what fits.
Are there any success stories from dads who've used the journal?
Indeed. Before the official release, I gave several dads the journal for feedback. Many dads shared that the journal helped them build deeper bonds with their children, opened their eyes to their relationship with their own father/father figure, and sparked conversations at home that they would not have happened otherwise.
Can I gift the journal?
You can certainly order a 365 Dad Journal as a gift. Each journal ordered from this website will be shipped in a really cool and thoughtful box/packaging that can be used as a gift box.
Why isn't there a digital option?
At the current moment there is no digital version. Currently, I want this journal to feel like a keepsake. Something that dads can pass down for generations. A high quality, 6x9, hard covered journal gave me that vibe, a digital copy did not.
Digital journals may be available in the upcoming batches.
