Inward Approach: I built this program with the intention of looking inward to find the way out. Too often men are told to blame society for our shortcomings. With journaling and mindfulness being the foundation of our work, we will see how liberating it is to perspective shift by reflecting.

100%. During your free 30-minute call, we will discuss your specific challenges as well as review the program. Based on the details of our call, I will definitely make the necessary modifications to make your experience incredibly personalized.

Our time together will be either 6 or 12 weeks. We will meet virtually for 60 minutes each week. You will be assigned weekly homework such as bonding exercises, videos to watch, readings, and applying the strategies we discuss in your day-to-day. This typically takes approx. 3-4 hours a week.

For sure. I understand that investing in yourself can be a big step. That’s why I offer flexible payment plans to make my services accessible to almost everyone.
