Welcome to ThreesixFiveDad, where I'm honored to share my journey and insights on fatherhood, self-reflection, mindfulness, relationships, and community building.

My name is Odeani McBean, and I'm on a mission to support millennial dads navigating the complicated path of fatherhood and personal development, as I do the same.

I'm a proud father of two incredible children: a 12-year-old boy and a 2-year-old girl.

My journey is marked by adversity, along with the pursuit of education. I hold a bachelor's degree from THEE Morgan State University (Proud HBCU Graduate Here!) Recently, I proudly received my MBA in Entrepreneurship & Innovative Tech from Rutgers University while maintaining a full-time job and being deeply present in my children's lives.

My path was not without its challenges, most notably a grueling custody battle that saw me spend over $80,000 in lawyer fees, all while feeling alone in my struggle. I understand firsthand the difficulties of fatherhood adversity and seeking emotional support without a supportive community with shared experiences. These events sparked the creation of ThreeSixFiveDad, a platform designed to provide resources and a community for fathers who feel undervalued while striving to be their best selves.

My inspiration for ThreeSixFiveDad also comes from feeling undervalued as a father.

Too often, I experienced situations where healthcare professionals and teachers directed their attention exclusively to my children's mothers, overlooking my essential role in their lives. This made me realize the importance of empowering dads and helping them handle these emotions.Practicing mindfulness has been a transformative part of my daily routine, including meditation and journaling. These practices have made me a better communicator and a more patient and understanding father. These techniques have significantly impacted my relationship with my children. I'm passionate about introducing fellow fathers to these transformative practices.

This website will house the 365 Dad Journal, a powerful tool for self-reflection, weekly blog posts, and podcast episodes to provide valuable insights and support. Join us on this journey as we strive to create a community of fathers who are informed, empowered, and, most importantly, valued in their children's lives
