Father of 2

Learning & growing every day

MBA + Real Life

Balancing work, family & purpose

I'm a proud father of two incredible children: a 14-year-old boy and a 4-year-old girl.

I have a degree from Morgan State University and an MBA from Rutgers that I finished while working full time and raising my kids.

I tell you that not to impress you but to make a point. I know what it feels like to be pulling in six different directions at once and still feel like you are not doing any of them well enough.

Real Fatherhood. No Perfection.

This journey is not about being perfect. It’s about being present, intentional, and growing with your children every single day.

A few years ago I went through a custody battle that cost me over $80,000 and nearly broke me. Not just financially. I felt completely alone in it. I had no community of dads who understood what I was carrying. No one who could sit with me in that specific kind of pain. I had to find my way through it mostly on my own. That experience is why ThreeSixFiveDad exists. I built what I needed and could not find.

Days of fatherhood growth

My inspiration for ThreeSixFiveDad comes from feeling invisible as a father.

I have sat in a doctor’s office with my child and watched the nurse speak only to the mother in the room as if I was not there.

I know what it feels like to deeply love your kids and still feel unseen in your role as their father.

Mindfulness

Understanding emotions before reacting.

Presence

Showing up intentionally every day.

This is not a space for perfect fathers. It is a space for honest ones.

If you are the dad who is great at everything else but still feels like he is losing to himself at home, you are in the right place.
